Hunt Companies Inc

Hunt developed Steeplechase Apartments, located in Peoria, Arizona, in 2004 as an apartment complex consisting of 110 units (98 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
