OVERVIEW
The Kingsville Pointe development, a market rate project located in Kingsville, Texas, included the renovation of 241 existing private multi-family apartment-style housing units on 29 acres. Completed in February 2004, the project features amenities such as a community room, residential business center, conference room, exercise room and basketball, tennis and sand volleyball courts.
