Hunt also has extended their PPV experience to include Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) projects.  Enhanced Use Leasing refers to the leasing of land and buildings from the government to private developers on a long-term basis. The Enhanced Use Leasing Program gives the military and other government agencies the ability to lease government property for use by the private sector for development.  Uses for EUL projects include office parks, industrial facilities, hotels, retirement care communities and retail.

Hunt’s current EUL portfolio includes five projects spread across the continental United States and Hawaii. These projects combined total over 1,760 acres of commercial mixed-use development.
