Our Financial Services group acts as a co-advisor in multiple private label investment funds which provide capital to source investments as a result of the dislocations of the current credit market. The directives of these vehicles range from opportunistic high-yield acquisition/disposition strategies to value-add operational or repositioning strategies, all the way down the spectrum to stable current return based core asset acquisition.
As an industry leader in housing, the Financial Services group is also a direct investor, and co-sponsor in both single-family and multi-family housing developments in communities nationwide.
